Construction of sustainable renovation of Peterbospark, Anderlecht (B) is well underway.

The project includes the renovation of 3 slabs and 1 tower. The objectives are manifold: improving internal living comfort and energy performance, expanding private outdoor spaces, bringing them into line with current fire safety regulations, and enlivening the skirting boards as a function of increased social inclusion. A special point of attention is that residents will continue to live in the building during the works. This has led to a concept of rehearsal and prefabrication.
